The competition project "Fully Automatic Magnetic Core Arranger" has solved industry pain points such as low automation level of equipment, weak accuracy and reliability of manual sampling. The new equipment has improved the billet arrangement mechanism and utilized four bearing positioning to enhance the stability of the magnetic core arrangement; In addition, based on the characteristics of alumina powder, a roller shaft powder spreading structure is developed and designed, which is combined with a stepper motor for vibration powder spreading. The powder spreading speed can be freely adjusted, and the powder spreading is uniform, completely replacing manual powder spreading. Simultaneously conducting sample sampling and testing during the magnetic core arrangement process, the sampling frequency can be freely set, enabling weight and height dimension testing to be completed without affecting equipment efficiency; Improve the efficiency and accuracy of testing work, avoid product omissions, and increase product qualification rate.
